Original Description:
This is an antique Japanese Meiji Era (c. 1890) three legged hibachi brazier made of a thick bronze alloy. This hibachi was used over a century ago as a space heater. It has a carved and silver & copper inlay design of a mountain temple and pagoda with pines and the sun in black (see closeup pictures). This hibachi would have been half filled with ash and charcoal placed in the center. This hibachi measures 18" wide from handle to handle by 15" de...ep by 9 1/4" tall (46 x 38 x 23.5 cm) plus the 1" wooden stand. Having been used lovingly, with exception to a century old patina, as well as minor signs of past use, this brazier remains in fine condition.  You'll love it, I guarantee it.........If you purchase this item and are not completely delighted with it, you may return it for a no questions asked refund within 30 days of receipt.
