Made in Japan Epiphones CIRA 1970. The ET-290 was the top of the line, , with gold hardware and a phenomenal pair of humbuckers. Made in the famed Matsumoku plant, it really is an outstanding example of how good that production and quality control was. The gold plating is a pitted as seen and a little faded, but the guitar is otherwise in VERY GOOD condition. The flamed maple sunburst lacquer is in nice shape. The neck & frets show no wear. There are a couple of small chips and lig...ht scratches hear and there but overall this is simply a really attractive guitar. The guitar feels great to hold, plays with speed and ease with excellent low action, and also comes with a card board case. IT WILL PACKED WITH PRIDE FOR A SAFE JOURNEY.
