A most elegant Art Deco jewellery or trinket box. The silver hallmarked BIRMINGHAM 1927, by HENRY MATTHEWS. This box comes in wonderful condition with no issues at all. The enamelled and engine turned lid is pristine and with a high gloss finish. Without scratches and in a fabulous iridescent blue, all contained within a crisply moulded scrolling border. The box sits on three cast feet and again without any issues or damage. The interior lined in champagne coloured silk and velve...t.
