Forty-one ballads accompanied by sixteen beautiful colour illustrations by H.M. Brock.
An old volume published in 1934 with brown cloth boards titled on front and spine. There is damage to the lower spine extreme and lesser to the upper. Front corners are bumped but otherwise sound. (please see uploaded pictures)
Text block has cut pages but all are clean and unmarked and firml...y bound throughout. There are many black & white illustrations and all sixteen colour plates are in excellent condition.
A Large volume (29 x 23cm.) 280 pages.
