For your consideration is an Impressive Antique Japanese Meiji Period Bronze Umbrella Stand. It depicts exotic 3-dimensional flying cranes decoration, and it is marked on the bottom as shown on the fourth (4th) photo. It measures 24" high by 9 3/4" wide and weights over 21 pounds. There are signs of wear on this stand that are consistent with its age. Inside has surface rust and a couple of cracks.
