Here for auction is this very nice antique late 19th C Dresden porcelain figure, featuring a dancing or courting couple! Very fine quality, with strand-painted hair, and applied flowers on the base. Lovely modeled and painted faces! It is marked on bottom as shown in blue. I was not able to identify this mark, but am pretty sure it is German Dresden province, circa late 19th C. It is rather large, measuring approx. 10 1/2 tall; 6" X 6 3/4" at the oval base. Except f...or the man's missing index finger, this figure is in excellent condition!
