DEMOCRAT AND WATCHMAN PRINT.PUBLISHED BY ORDER of COUNCIL 1907.REPORT IS COMPLETE, 60 PGS. NO CREASED OR DOG-EARED PAGES. SOFT COVER, VERY GOOD CONDITION, SOME RUBS CORNER AND NORMAL SHELF WEAR. THREE STAPLE BINDING SOLID, FIRST PAGE HAS STAPLE TEARS.
