A stunning Edwardian 18ct Gold Diamond set Buckle Ring dating to 1909, which is set with Two old-cut Diamonds with a Total Diamond Weight 0.16ct (please study the detailed close-up photographs provided, which form an integral part of the item's description).
This wonderful Antique Buckle Ring, which weighs 8.4 grams, has been finely crafted and is set with Two Old-cut Diamonds in Star Settings to create a ring that i...s simply sublime. The ring is approx' 10.5mm wide (measured across the Buckle) while the band measures approx' 6.5mm wide for the wearer's comfort. As shown, this superb ring looks wonderful on the hand and is sure to attract many admiring glances.
As shown, this fine quality Edwardian Buckle Ring is stamped with a Maker's Mark together with a full British Hallmark confirming that it is made of solid 18ct Gold and that it was assayed in Chester in 1909. Overall it is in great condition with only light wear to the surfaces commensurate with age; as shown. The stamps are still clear, which is a good indication of the ring's overall condition and confirms just how little it has been worn.
The ring is sized at UK Ring Size 'R', which equates to a US Ring Size '8 3/4' - as with almost all antique rings the band is slightly ovalized i.eit is not perfectly round and it measures slightly differently on the gaugedepending on how it is positioned, however this will not affect the ring whenworn.
