Professional pinup photo, rare original, of a young legendary British model, Teri Martine. There are a few creases within the photo, nothing major. This is exactly as it was scanned, no enhancing. A beautiful crisp sharp photo, taken for a professional fashion shoot in 1967, for a catalogue, advertising underwear. I am not sure if this particular image was used. In order to make this fit nice and snug, I had an empty champagne bottle stuffed down the back of the c...orset!! A common practice back then. Printed on heavy weight paper From my own personal collection. I will be happy to sign this for the lucky winner if requested.
I started my career as a Model in the U.K. in 1964 as an Amateur Model for various camera clubs. After about a year, I became a Professional Model, moving up to London and joining with several Model Agencies, one of them being 'The June Palmer Agency'. June and I became best Friends and worked together on several different modeling assignments.I appeared in numerous Glamour Girl magazines, both in the U.K. and Internationally, modeled for various Companies, that took me to Hong Kong, France, Corsica and the U.S.A. Aside from appearing in Magazines, I also graced the covers on several Novels, record Album sleeves, hair advertisements, lingerie' catalogues, Private Detective magazines, appearances at Earl's Court Motor shows, and promotions for movies, such as 'McKenna's Gold' starring Tele Savalas and 'Funny Girl' starring Barbra Streisand. I also appeared in a couple of General circuit movies, the Titles of which were 'Only birds can fly' produced by Peter Walker and 'The naked World of Harrison Marks', that was a big hit in the Soho area of London. I also appeared on Safety posters in various Factories and work places. In 1969 I left the U.K. and came to the U.S.A which has been my home since. I pursued my career as a Model here in the U.S. doing Glamour and Fetish modeling. My career lasted well over 40 years and I retired at 62. Photo will be mailed via First class for Domestic and International, unfortunately I don't have a protective sleeve or backing board to fit this size. However, I have it protected with saran wrap and cardboard inserts to protect it in transit. It will be securely packaged.
