Original Cosmopolitan Ginger sweet tagged original 1950's dress. Pale ivory color, sheer organza type fabric on top, full satin underslip, all with lace trim. Not sure if originally was supposed to be white, but other than color this is in overall very good to excellent condition with light wear. Coordinating bloomers have stretched waist elastic. Vogue Ginny marked vinyl original shoes are dirty and need a cleaning perhaps; nylon socks complete the set.
