Postage Costs: I keep my postage costs to a reasonable level - but they do have to reflect the costs of lightweight packaging materials and the time spent packing the item properly so that it will arrive with you in one piece. I recycle what I can but still spend a lot on bubblewrap, tape, boxes etc. It is not my aim to make a profit out of shipping costs, but I do spend many hours packing items and my time is valuable too. NOTE THAT EBAY ALSO TAKE A PERCENTAGE OF YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES - THIS ADDS ABOUT 10% TO THE BILL.Recorded delivery: I always obtain proof of posting, but it is possible for the item to get lost or stolen in transit.
