Commodore 1764 REU (RAM Expansion Unit) with additional 256K giving a total of 512K.
The Units were assembled with a common memory board - the 1700 had 128K, the 1764 had 256K and the 1750 had 512K of RAM.
This 1764 has had the additional 8 (1-bit) 256 kByte DRAM packages installed essentially making it a 1750.
I am the original owner and I did the upgrade. It has been carefully packed with my other precious C 64 stuff, the last time I used it - it has been a ...while - it worked fine, however there are nowarranties or guarantees due to it's age.
