Presented here is a beautiful 1950's Madame Alexander Cissy doll. She is 20" tall, hard plastic with bent knees and jointed vinyl arms, no splits, marked on the back of the head.. Lovely face with nice color, blue-green sleep eyes that open and close freely, think hair upper lashes, painted under lashes, double stro...ke brows, red mouth. Her hair is blonde, it may look reddish in some of the photos, it is a golden or honey blonde color, stitched part wig combed over to the side in front, lovely curls. The dress is adorable pink and white stripes with a fitted bodice. It buttons in the front and has two square snaps, elbow length puff sleeves with cuffs. Full circle skirt with nice body. The dress is tagged; Madame Alexander. Underneath is a pink taffeta slip with net ruffle and the cutest lace girdle. The shoes are old pink plastic ones from the 50's, one has a split on the side and repaired. The clothing is all in excellent vintage condition, minor age, no noticeable damage, a few shadows on the back of the dress. She is fabulous!
