This is a Vintage Ash Blonde Swirl Ponytail Barbie in Need of TLC. She still has color on her fingernails & toes. It looks like she is marked # 14 on left side of her butt & has Japan on her right foot. I can't tell if she is missing plugs, but I would say probably. She needs a good cleaning & hairstyling.
