This listing is for a vintage Windsor pocket watch and petrol lighter combo. The watch is Swiss made, and needs some TLC to get it working as it should. The lighter was made in Japan, and it is in good condition, but with visible wear. There are no dents or dings to list. Despite the obvious wear the lighter is still gorgeous, and would make and easy restoration piece. The enamel has very noticeable wear on both sides, but somehow it still is very much eye-catching. The chrome plating ...has some surface wear, but it buffs to a brilliant shine. The etched décor on the front is beautiful and is in good condition. The flint tube is clear, and with a flint inserted a nice spark is produced. This is a petrol lighter, and although it has NOT been filled and tested it should function as designed with fuel and a flint. The watch does run for a minute when you wind it and give it a light tap, but it stops running shortly there after. I believe a thorough cleaning is all it needs to run as it should, but it I am not certain. I would suggest a "tune up" be performed by a jeweler. A visit to the jeweler and a skilled airbrush artist and this lighter would make it's way to the front row in any lighter collection! Thank you for looking, and good luck with the bidding!
