This is one of six antique Victorian portrait brooches I purchased as a collection and obviously the best one! The brass "frame" has a nice patina and the C style clasp is in fine working order. The portrait is in great shape with no condition issues. The shades of purple and lilac are lovely. It is a large brooch, 2.25" long and almost 2" across.Very pretty and unique it would be a nice gift or a great addition to your collection!
