This is a vintage MEGO Maddie Mod doll head on a vintage Barbie body. The Maddie head is in good shape. Her face color is strong and her hair is full but needs restyled. The Barbie body is dirty from years of play. It is a vintage bend leg but not a twist n' turn. Fingers and toes are intact. Doll is marked 1966 Mattel Inc US Patd Us Pat Pend Made in Japan. She is wearing a red formal gown that appears to be home made.
