What an awesome brooch! Made around the early 1950's by Fenichel, this brooch consists of a pretty blue & white spotted butterfly. The butterfly's wings are enameled light blue with blue & white spots & white with multi-colored spots. The antenna is black but worn. The abdomen & head are filled with white pave rhinestones The finish is worn slightly on the upper right wing(blue)but it doesn't look bad though. All stones are clean & present. The finish on the b...ack is silver plate but at one time someone tried to refinished it with gold plate because there is some gold plate present(abdomen & bottom of upper wings). It is in good vintage condition.
