What an awesome pin! Made in and around the late 1940's by Accessocraft, This pin consists of an enameled blue coat, checkered blue and white pants and yellow hat & tie with black shoes. He is holding 6 different colored balloons (glass) on a very windy day. All of this is on a gold plated finish setting. It measures about 2.25" across by about 2.5" from top to bottom. Platting is clean except for 2 small fleabites on the left arm, holding his hat on his head. They are minor and ha...rdly noticeable. It is still in great vintage condition.
