A very attractive and wearable c 1960s - 1970s Ola Gorie pendant necklace. This great-looking necklace is marked OMG on the back along with St.Sil. This is an early, and rare, example of the work of this renowned and highly collected Scottish Orkney-based designer. I have been unable to find another design like this - it features two stylised Norse or Celtic birds with a bunch of grapes in between them. The pendant is 1 1/8th inch wide and the ...chains fasten to the back of the pendant with two rings. The necklace is in very good condition and ready to wear - a great example for any collector.
