Bound 16 page pamphlet. ex lib w/ label to front cover. some scuffs to cloth. bookplate to inner board. return slip, remnants of pocket to rear with torn to rear end page. cracking to hinges, spli...tting at page seams. Stamps, stencil to title. few tears to edges of pages. no date. Circa 1920. 2nd edition. See pics.
