These two books were published in 1928 and 1929 respectively, and both have dust jackets. DERRY, AIREDAILE OF THE FRONTIER has a frontis illustration. DERRY'S PARTNER is not illustrated.
The books are in good condition. 'DERRY" has an intact dust jacket protected with a Mylar cover and illustrated endpapers as well as the frontis picture. There is a small corner cut off the front free endpaper. Tightly bound, with no writing, soiling or damage. ...; DERRY'S PARTNER has a colorful dust jacket with wear to the edges, a large chip at top back, and about 1/3rd of the bottom of the spine edge missing. The text block has light age toning and is clean and tightly bound.
The books feature the adventures of a purebred Airedale and his master in the Northwest. Derry's Partner, Mac, is a 1/2 Newfoundland, 1/2 Husky.
