Farr Telephone Company Antique Two Box Wooden Wall Fiddleback Telephone 
This is a unique double box telephone with an unmarked original receiver and short arm transitter.The transmitter arm/unit is actually pretty nice and appears to be cast iron, the spitcup mouthpiece will not budge and is original however in poor shape. 
The bells need some polishing and the interior magneto has not been tested, it has five bars and there is no crank handle with it. The body is in f...air shape and has a break in the backboard wood at the bottom left hand side. The battery box is rusted and has a break in the bottom left as well. The bottom box is likely a replacement as it appears ill-fitted to the telephone itself. 
Measurement of the phone is apx. 32" Tall X 12" Widest point at the center X 11" Depth backboard to the transmitter mouthpiece. 
Name plate on the front of the top box reads as : Farr Telephone Company 118 & 120 West Jackson Blvd Chicago.
This is being sold as a project/parts/salvage/restoration telephone
