This Curta Type 1 MechanicalCalculator is over 60 years old. It was manufactured in 1956 according toits serial number (#34307). Metal case dimensions are approximately 4 5/8"tall by 2 1/4" diameter, and weighs just over 8oz. Photos are of actualcalculator for sell. I took them myself._____________________________________&nbs...p;MECHANICAL CONDITION of CALCULATOR:EXCELLENTThis unit is in excellent mechanical condition, and still works perfectly.
COSMETIC CONDITION of CALCULATOR: GORGEOUS AFThe device itself has only a few minor cosmetic imperfections (see photos) on the sides and top of the calculator itself (only a handful pin-prick sized scuffs in its black anodized surface). The bottom shows a bit of scuffing as it was probably heavily used at some point.CONDITION of CASE: FAIRThe case is in fair condition with several scratches (see photos). Some scratches, but no dents, and it twists open and closed perfectly as designed.
