very important message update 8/8/2019
-post office has been stamping the time of arriva...ls with all of these shipments, if you are expecting plants, please make sure that you are there and check outside every hour to make sure these boxes are not staying out all day. if the post office stamps arrival at 12:15pm, and you send me a message that the plant is baked and fried at 7 pm, i'm assuming it sat outside for 7 hours. please message me as soon as the plant arrives..i will not be responsible for any damages caused because the plant was left outside for an extended pried of time.
-PLEASE READ ALL MY SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY BELLOW , IN THE EVENT OF DEAD ON ARRIVAL, THE PLANT MUST BE MAILED BACK TO ME WITHIN 24 HOURS FOR A REFUND, IN THE SAME CONDITION, AND SHAPE THAT THEY CAME IN, , A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNLESS I GET THE PLANT BACK.
Money will be refunded after I receive and check the item! Buyer pays return postage, I don't refund shipping. please make sure you send me full pictures of the plant, not just the dead leaf/
i need to get it back in the same form it was received. AND mailing back has to be done within 24 hours...holding on to the plant longer will disqualify you form a refund , cosmetic damages will never qualify for refunds, returns, or exchange, a damaged leaf can be snipped and the plant will grow 10, 100 mor. Altering , taking clipping, causing any damages to the plant may result in partial or no refund at all, after receiving and examining the plant, a decision will be made and you will be informed of the outcome.
-selling actual plants in these photos, please take a good look, some of these leaves may have some damages, some may not be visible in these pictures , these are rare and hard to find plants, importing and shipping takes a toll on them, if a leaf is bent, bruised, burnt, damaged, in any way, it dose not mean the plant is dead or dying , cosmetic damages don't considered damages, these plants do not ship easy, if they did, they will not be rare and hard to find plants. once they settle in their forever home, they will grow and flourish, and will grow many new and healthy perfect leaves.
-buying these rare, exotic , hard to ship plants comes with a risk that the buyer is taking to get a hold of these plants. if you are not welling to take that risk to get the plant of your desire, please don’t buy.
-most of my plants are shipped bare root, and wrapped in sphagnum moss.
- there are no 2 plants exactly alike. i what you will get if not the same exact one in my pictures, it will be something very similar to it in size, shape, hight, color and in every and any way possible.
for all plants with variegation, its common for the white part to turn yellow during shipping, the variegation part is very sensitive and fragile and any thing can disturb it. a yellow leaf, falling leaf, broken leaf, dose not mean that plant is dead or dying, and will not refund or replace for that reason,
Normal shipping wear should be expected – Many plants may have few broken or discolored leaves disturbed soil form shipping ... that is a risk you are taking when ordering plants on line, these plants are mailed in not hand delivered. i do my best in packing, boxing and taping, if the plants took a beating during delivery, please take your time on re potting, introduce water and light gradually , ease them in settling in after that long journey. i have no control over what goes on at the post office or during delivery.
-large leaves are very hard to ship without bending them, rolling them, which some times may cause damages to the leaves, but not the plant. its expected, i try my best to avoid that, but it dose not always work.
-in a severe weather, Shipping to areas that are too cold or too hot will be at buyer's risk.
some plants will go dormant in the cold/dark months and we may ship plants while they're dormant however, the plants are still alive, they're just working on their root systems. It is normal and healthy for plants to go dormant, it is not dead.
-please check the policies on bringing plants to the country/state that you are in, customer and agriculture polices are different form country/state to another, i will not be responsible if confiscated and or disposed off by the authorities
- For CUTTINGS orders, please don’t buy a cutting and expect a refund if the cutting did not root, please don’t expect a plant when you paid for a cutting.
- some of the roots may rot during delivery, if a plant arrives with SOME rotted roots, trim, clean and pot , the plant can and will survive with a small root system. specially smaller plants. as the plant grow the root system grows. if you don’t know how to deal with some root rot, please don’t order. these plants are hard to ship, rare, and if they were so easy to ship, they would not be so rare and therefor so expensive .
