"Expanded Deluxe Edition" Includes a third CD not available in the standard two-disc version.The three CDs are packaged in a hardcover book that also contains the liner notes. A second hardcover book, titled "Th...e Collected Single Sleeves, " features images of 7" single sleeves from releases issued throughout Bob Dylan's career. The two books are packaged together in a slipcase. The whole package measures approx. 8 5/8" x 8 3/8" x 1 5/8". The Expanded Deluxe Edition was available from multiple retailers. Expanded Deluxe Editions ordered from Bob Dylan's online store included an exclusive 7" single featuring a single edit of "Dreamin' Of You" and the version of "Ring Them Bells" that appears on the third CD. The 7" is packaged in a picture sleeve with a custom Columbia logo inner sleeve Note: This item is missing the 7" single
