Original Description:
A rare and early example of English pottery.  A small Staffordshire pearlware female figure of "winter".  Slip cast body with open base.  Likely dates ca 1800.   Under the glaze enamel decorated.   Often this type of figure is associated with so called Pratt decorated pieces.   Nicely molded with realistic enamel decoration.  A nice addition to any early earthenware creamware collection.
Size:  4" tall.
Condition:  Small flakes to the base.  No cracks.  Two glaze pops ...on the top of her head.
