This is a really beautiful washstand, a substantial and striking piece of furniture, carved in solid wood with a green/grey marble beveled counter top, and a crowned mirror that tilts between two ornate posts.It is in great shape, probably from the beginning of the last century or older (1850/1900) . Has a round cutout on the countertop to add a sink, and a metal interior to contain any moisture if connected to plumbing.Two drawers, and two cabinets doors, on the front. The side p...anel has split, but it can be restored, see picture. Also one small moldings are missing on side.Dovetailed drawers, and bronze handles.
