Offering this beautiful antique bisque porcelain piano baby by Gebruder Heubach. This is a larger example of a blonde boy with blue eyes playing with his toes. The quality of the piece is self-evident with warm flesh tones, intaglio eyes, deeply molded hair and finely formed fingers and toes. It has an incised model number (looks like 37) but no other maker's marks. It has normal age and display-related paint wear and almost looks like there was a bubble burst over the two little teeth..., but this is otherwise in good condition with no chips, cracks, repairs or losses. Measures about 10" tall and 9" x 5 1/2" across the bottom.
