For your consideration is an 18S, 17J Illinois C & O Special Pocket Watch. Estimated production year is 1925. Watch is lever set and pendant wind.Watch is in working condition. The Double Sunk Dial has some small issues which can be seen in the photos. Overall the Dial is beautiful and faces up nicely.The Hands are nicely blued. The beveled crystal has small scratches like a wrist watch gets with wear. The Movement is a very fancy checkerboard nic...kel. Comes with beautiful gold jewel settings. Serial number is 4696539.The Open Face Hinged Case looks like it has very little wear. All Three Covers open to 90 degrees. The Back Cover has a really great engraving of a Train. The edges and borders of the case are well decorated. A very nice Case. I am a private collector who will be listing a large number of really nice pocket watches in the next several weeks.
