Hasler Tel Co. Original box case with instructions and tips. Appears to be in very good used condition with normal wear, I see no damage. Tested by hand and seems to work in a basic way. Not sure of accuracy. Sold as is for parts and restoration. Used condition with normal wear generally, dusty dirty.
