THIS IS A VINTAGE ROARING 20s JAZZ AGE FLAPPER ERA TALL WOODEN HAT DISPLAY STAND.FOR EITHER A MEN'S HABERDASHERY WINDOW OR COUNTERTOP HAT DISPLAY OR A WOMEN'S MILLINERY SHOP HAT DISPLAY.IN THE BOTTOM CENTER OF THE TALL WOODEN RETAIL STORE HAT DISPLAY STAND IS A ROUND CAST IRON COUNTERWEIGHT TO PREVENT THE TALL HAT DISPLAY STAND FROM TIPPING OVER.MEASURES 17 3/4 INCHES IN HEIGHT, 5 1/4 INCHES IN DIAMETER AT THE BASE, THE CENTER PART MEASURES 16 INCHES IN HEIGHT AND ROUND TOP HAT DISPLAY...
