This is a Rio Grande Models Ltd. Austin-Western road Grader, Kit #3055-RG and consists of 25 cast metal pieces plus brass rod and line. A pulling power source was needed, either horse or mechanical. The kits is delicate and would make a nice additional detail on a road way with a crew around it.
