Original Description:
This is a very nice souvenir badge from the 1902 United Confederate Veterans Reunion that was held in Dallas, Texas, in 1902. The medal has Robert E. Lee in the center. Beneath his image it says, "Gen. R. E. Lee", while along the outside edge it says "Reunion United Confederate Veterans, Dallas, Texas". The reverse shows a Confederate Battle Flag and the first and third versions of the Confederate flags. Originally, there was a hanger, with the word SOUVENIR, attached to the two circle...s at the top. This medal is missing the hanger, and this IS reflected in the price. The item is about the size of a silver dollar. The item pictured is the item that will be sent.
