Elastic loops at back of skirt and shirt are frayed, no longer useable as a loop. Shirt has FRANCIE tag.One white hanger loop inside of skirt has to be re-sewn. At top of one stocking, surging thread is frayed. Hat shows some dust/dirt. Short green boots, both are marked JAPAN.
