With " Bows " Engraved Vintage Barbie Japanese Exclusive White Soft Squishy Boots

This is a Barbie set of Fashion Boots for a Japanese fashion. What sets them aside from the USA boots is there is a "bow" stamp at the very tip of the front. I tried to take a good picture, but the flash is too bright and does not catch the bow right on camera.
They are in fair "okay" shape with brownish spots and some bluish ones too..I would rate them as TLC. I do not know how to take off the spottings. They look "caked" in. They have a Japan stamp at bottom.
