This is the most adorable dress on Cissette. It is sometimes referred to as the "Lucy Dress" from the I Love Lucy show. The tagged Cissette dress is navy blue with white polka dots polished cotton with white ribbon trim around the neck and sleeves, closes in the back with three square snaps The white ribbon is a little dingy but the dress overall is still in very nice condition. I am sure a washing will take care of that. There are no rips, stains, or holes. Please look at the photos carefully as they are part of the description.
