The 1909 3 kop postal stationery card, sold to the public for 1 kop with multi- advertising scheme for the needy children of reserve and disabled servicemen. Ads for Odessa and Kiev include a mill and technical office, a shoe store and factory, and domestic and export forge products. Seven kop in added stamps, to pay the post-revolutionary postage fee, and sent from Kharkov (June 28, 1918 cancel) to Odessa. Good condition. SCROLL DOWN FOR ALL IMAGES.
