The lifted golf cart pictured in the attached was purchased one year ago for $5, 000 and will go with the toy hauler trailer if bidding exceeds $17, 500. The combined value of this package is $35, 000 - I can hold until Christmas / Hanukkah / Kwanzaa upon request but must be paid in full within 7 days please!
This 2019 Grey Wolf 27RR was manufactured by Forest River which is the largest RV company in the industry founded over 20 years ago. Berkshire Hathaway owns Forest River.... Berkshire Hathaway is a $500B company founded by Warren Buffet. So to recap... you are buying an RV from the greatest investor of our time!
I purchased new last year from a dealer ($20K, title in hand) in Michigan with over $10K of upgrades including custom winter spec not available at Pete's RV in MA. This unit includes insulated water and holding tanks and a more powerful AC than the 27RR units available at Pete's RV in MA. Only selling to fund a startup - too busy to use it this year!
Less than 1K miles. The EZ Go 36v golf cart has a custom black and gold paint job with a golden Chuck Norris emblem in matching gold metallic for the hood. I purchased the golf cart from a mechanic in CT who refurbishes over 90 units per year and gave it a classy makeover - it comes with a new bank of deep cycle batteries ($900) and 36v charger.
I pulled this RV loaded with a Porsche Cayenne and often forgot I was towing because of how stable this unit is with the included $400 weight distribution hitch.
Upgrades include the following :
- $5K LED system - XK Glow Smartphone controlled. 8 separate zones (4 inside, 4 outside largest possible configuration of XK Glow Lights - a real show stopper!!)
- $500 ultra plush custom rugs throughout trailer
- $400 wireless camera system with 4 cameras. 9" 4 camera monitor mounts to tow vehicle windshield
- $500 weight distribution hitch (comes with RV - virtually no sway on road, allows me to pull with Porsche Cayenne)
- $500 LED floodlamps (3x) mounted to roof of RV - when pointed upward will light up entire RV park
- $1K Electric on demand water heater as well as electric heat LED fireplace added (free utilities when plugged in at RV park versus using your own propane and heats up 2x as fast when used in tandem)
- Hot water showers last 30 minutes versus 5 minutes stock propane only when running both the propane and electric water heaters in tandem
- $300 Ultraquiet 8 gallon california air compressor with hose reel (hooked up to plumbing with valve to winterize RV in 10 minutes or less)
- $2K 2019 Samsung Smart TVs (65" in back room and 30" in main living room) with built in streaming Netflix, Prime, Youtube, etc so no need for cable / multiple remotes. 1 remote controls both TVs
- $100 Smart weather system with 3 temp sensors placed around RV
- $50 LED shower head
- $200 Custom racking / storage in back room
- $100 Ultraplush 4" queen mattress foam topper with electric heating blanket
- Magnet mounts for TV remotes / smartphones
- $500 custom installed heated 1500W LED fireplace (4 light settings, 2 heat settings) which replaced clunkly looking main cabinet- Over a dozen USB charge connections located throughout trailer (additional plugs added)
- 2 zone surround sound built into RV (speakers outside light up blue) connects to Smart TVs wirelessly via bluetooth
- A dozen things I am forgetting but will point out
You will never find an RV like this - people will chase you on the highway to give you a thumbs up for how over the top this unit is! It is used but in excellent condition with less than 1, 000 miles on it. The imperfections include 1) missing 2 stabilizer jacks (has 2 on left side so is stable without them but just $50/ea to replace the right side I haven't done yet; 2) light 2 ft scratch from tree branch on exterior vinyl siding that is barely noticeable (hard to see in pic - behind rear door), 3) one ft tear in vinyl floor underneath shag rug in toy hauler section from snowmobile ski (not visible with shag rug in place), 4) widened aft bathroom door to 32" (from stock 28") but have not purchased door (allows you to put more toys in the back including 3 snowmobiles as pictured - all trim was replaced and door trim looks factory - just needs a 32" door).
The 8 zone LED light system pulses to music and takes the fun to another level - this unit was built for having a good time and takes glamping to a whole new level!
