This doll has the sweetest face. She is Madame Alexanders Barbara Jane Doll made only in l952.She is extremely rare. The body is cloth, there are some stains on the body as seen in the photos.The head is soft vinyl, there is some stickyness to the face, perhaps needs additional cleaning. I diduse soap and water but still needs some more attention. The outfit is original and is tagged with the MadameAlexander name and the shoes are great and match the outfit.&nbs...p; The dress has some tears in it. The doll is29" tall so needs a large box to ship. The lips seem to be missing a little paint, sleepy brown eyes. TheAlexander marking is on the back of the neck. The wig is loose but intact.
