Welcome to my auctions! Today I am listing this lovely pair of early 1950's Alexanderkins dolls. They are 8" dolls and are straight leg walkers. Bodies and head are made of hard plastic.They are super clean and look like they were never played with. She wears her wedding dress, taffeta slip and matching undies, white tie satin shoes, has her veil with flowers and carries her bouquet. The groom wears a black tux with shirt, cumberband and satin ascot. His pants are striped a...nd he has a flower in his lapel. He has Alex shoes, but they seem too big for him, but if necessary you can find him another pair at low cost on E-Bay. His shirt has darkened from age. Both dolls have excellent color to their faces and red mouths. He has bright red hair and she has blond hair in original style. Lovely pair!
