Original Description:
Original Pratt Ware scenic porcelain Pot Lid depicting Oriental Men Transplanting Rice. Amazing detail, very colorful. Set in a black wood circular Frame. Made between 1845 and about 1875 by Pratt and Company in England. Engraved by Jessie Austin. Four copper plates were used to create the image. Black outlines were printed last, then the lids were left to dry for 2 days. After being coated with glaze, then fired a final time. 
Size: Lid is 4", frame 1 1/8" h x  6 1/4" wid...e. Weighs 10 oz.
Condition: Excellent original condition without damage, except tiny wood nick on edge. Embedded circular hanger and newer brass hanger on back.
