Jefferson, MO was one of the major centers of decoy production in the United States from the ...early 1920's through the early 1930's. Benz Wood Products used white cedar in their decoys which prevented them from cracking. This decoy was a recent Estate Find from a small collection in Southern Pines, North Carolina.
