*Vintage 1950s Madame Alexander Cissette doll*Blonde, triple stitched part wig*Bent knee*Wearing tagged off-white polka dot day dress*Cotton slip, panties*Pearl drop earrings and necklace*White satin high heel shoes
Presented here is a fabulous 1950's Madame Alexander Cissette doll. She has true blonde hair with a triple stitched part wig, still in most of the original lovely curls, the hair is smooth with a nice sheen. The eyes open and close freely, hard upper lashes, pai...nted under lashes, single stroke brows, coral mouth, nice coloring. She has pierced ears with pearl drop earrings and a strung pearl necklace with gold metal clasp. The doll is hard plastic, bent knee, good strings, holds a pose well, marked on the back; MME Alexander, no splits. The dress is tagged, it has a full circle skirt, fitted bodice, made of off-white cotton with tiny navy polka dots. Underneath she has a white cotton slip with net tulle ruffle and lace edge, nylon panties with lace trim. Her shoes are off-white satin high heels. Her hat is fabulous, a straw cloche with blue grosgrain ribbon band, red and blue flocked and velvet flower trim, adorned with fine tulle veil. The clothing is all in excellent vintage condition.
