Original Description:
Up for sale is this old primitive antique crock / bucket bench or early deacon's bench pew in chippy white paint.  It measures 45" long x 25" tall x 16 1/2" deep.  The back board is a full 17" piece.  The bottom has been sawed off at some time, so the seat is 10 1/2" off the ground.  The seat board is 1 1/2" thick and looks like poplar on the underside.  There are many large, square headed nails used in constructing this piece.  The ends, back and seat are... all single boards.  It is a true primitive and looks awesome with crocks or firkins displayed on it.  It will make a great display piece in your decorating scheme.
