Metal construction with brass/copper birds. 
Nice overall condition - shows normal vintage cosmetic wear such as surface wear in areas. Also note that some of the poles are slightly bent out of shape but can be bent back.
Curtis Jere STYLE: There is no signature, but the C. Jere "Birds in Flight" sunburst sculptures generally don't.
