Up for auction is a Pluto Drum Major Wind-Up Toy made in the 1950's by Marx.  This version came in three version, the most common is the small tin version, there was also a small plastic version and this one, 10" plastic was the rarest.The toy does work and rocks back and forth shaking the tin bells when round. I am not sure if he is supposed to toot like the small tin version but he does not.The rare tail is original.
