Vintage sash with 31 badges. Very good color. Very good condition. No stains or tears. Patches are in good condition. See pictures for overall condition.
I recently purchased over 1200 pieces of vintage Boy, Cub, Eagle and Girl Scout items. Mostly patches, but lots of other cool stuff. Mostly from the late 1960's up to the late 1980's.
