Joanies is very excited to present a great Three Session No Reserve Estate Auction! This sale includes a wide variety of fine antique and collectables spanning over several different categories. Day one of this estate auction also includes an important collection of Ming and Song ceramics from th...e professor Peter Greiner collection, and also from the scholarly collection of the late Mr. Pao of Toronto. We have offered items from the Pao collection before that brought some great interest. Mr. Pao was well respected as a very knowledgeable scholarly collector. Mr. Pao also headed a high end Asian arts gallery within the Four Seasons hotel in Toronto for many years that closed down around 20 years ago now. A great opportunity to acquire several rarely found and unique examples.

Up for auction is a LARGE 19TH CENTURY CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE BLUE ENAMEL PRECIOUS BUDDHIST OBJECTS PLATE. A fine Qing dynasty period example ornately decorated with Chinese Buddhist precious objects design.
Condition: light hairline to rim as seen only noticeable from back side and seen with old staple holes attributing to the plates antique age. UV light reveals no hidden damage.
Size: Measuring 11 3/4 inches wide and sits 1 3/4 inches tall.
