Watch does wind and runs (see pics of second hand moving). But i found that pulling the crown out does not adjust the hands. I was able to get the hands to move once at one point, but seems that crown is not catching gear to move hands. This being said i am selling as is for repair. Movement is quite clean and is marked Illinois Watch Co Springfield 23 jewels adjusted to 6 positions double roller motor barrel 4863149. Inside of back cover is marked Keystone watch Case J.Boss 14K gold f...illed 7618923. Inside of back cover has a small scratch, and what looks like a service date engraved on it. Back cover closes clean and tight. Case has some lite nicks, and scuffs around, but i see no finish loss spots. Dial looks to be in great shape. Hands look to be in good shape as well, other than a small tarnish or grime spot on the tip of the minute hand. Crystal has a small scratch righ above Illinois name, and some very lite scratches around, overall in good shape. Case measures 43.8mm across.
